Shipping & Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Chizeled will not accept any returns after 14 days.

SHIPPING POLICY
Chizeled ships orders using United States Post Office with insurance and receipt confirmation. All orders require a mandatory 3 business day processing time and require 3 to 5 business days for domestic delivery and 6-10 business days for international delivery, depending on the shipping option selected. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships. Orders will be shipped once payments are confirmed and cleared. Chizeled reserves the right to change the shipping method specified on this website to a comparable method.  If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Chizeled. If you refuse the package, you will only be issued a store credit, no refunds! All packages arrive with a required signature of the customer. 
Shipping address must match the billing address, NO exceptions!!  Chizeled will only ship to the billing address on file with you financial institution. 

We ask that you allow 24-48 hour processing time frame for us to be able to arrange and ship your order. The 2-3 business day shipping is what USPS strives for and is considered normal transit time.  Please be advised this is only an estimate directly stated on the USPS website. 

Once the item is in the possession of mail carrier, we no longer hold responsibility for delivery tine as it can take longer depending on package.  

Be advised that transit time and delivery is out of our control.  We are not liable for packages showing delivered, yet not received.  You must contact USPS in regards to details, claims or complaints on your package. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders typically take 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via DHL or USPS.  Orders shipped to Canada are shipped USPS Priority. Chizeled is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Virgin Head will not refund shipping charges on orders returned.  Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase .These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates. We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies. International customers may be asked to provide proof of identification. If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Chizeled.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Chizeled is not responsible for shipment delays due to inclement weather, and/or other natural or environmental causes.   Customers are advised to place orders in advance in the event of an unplanned  shipping delay.  If there are any shipping discrepancies with your package, or you have tracked your package and believe it has been lost in transit, call our customer service immediately.  We will contact USPS and launch a trace investigation.  If your package has in fact been lost, a replacement will be sent.


PAYMENT
In an effort to protect our customers against fraudulent activity, the billing and shipping address must match.  No exceptions. Orders will be shipped out once payment has been confirmed and cleared. 
Due to the increase in security issues being more severe in some areas, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages lost in the following cases:

  • Shipping address is not clear or wrong, USPS will not be able to find it
  • No one is available to sign for the package and USPS leave at door, package stolen
  • Signed by someone else you don't know which means malicious theft 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Any use of 10 minutes is considered worn. Products MUST be tried on over clothing.

 

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

**There is no warranty on any of our products. Duration and longevity of our waist trainers varies will last from person to person and greatly depend on usage and care.

Important information should you need to return

Returns of waist trainers are subject to quality approval and inspection. If condition of product does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Pay special attention to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product odors
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 15 days of the original purchase date

CREDIT

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card/promo code via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Return by mail

  1. Please fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept labeled "Final Sale" items.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Chizeled is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
